CHANGE IPHONE NAME

Go to Settings > General > About > Name ….

It will not mess up your backup history…. I do not know what it might mess up.

It works fine on non iphones but the default name for the phone is my name with an 's

the propblem is on a mac or iphone the ' is not an ' but a string of characters
2 are readable and 2 are encripted
how do I rename the i phone and secondly will tha name automatically change in the cloud and back up places and apps or do they need to be done manually or is it just not possible
and what if any are any consequenses?
