[apple-iphone] using a hot spot

 

I am using a MMDVM Hotspot Spot Radio Station Wifi Digital Voice Modem P25 DMR Hotspot Support YSF Raspberry Pie OLED Antenna MMDVM Hotspot Spot Radio Station Wifi Digital Voice Modem P25

to be used with a digital ham radio

and want to connect to my iphone

It works fine on non iphones but the default name for the phone is my name with an 's

 

the propblem is on a mac or iphone the ' is not an ' but a string of characters

2 are readable and 2 are encripted

how do I rename the i phone and secondly will tha name automatically change in the cloud and back up places and apps or do they need to be done manually or is it just not possible

and what if any are any consequenses?
