I agree define your abbreviations, at least once per writing. I have problems with people using their private abbreviations, or clique abbreviations. Would you understand the abbreviations AP, BF, or DO, if I don't tell you the interest group I was speaking of, which btw is international? Newbie are constantly asking what they mean.
