If you are looking for alternatives, there are others to consider... I have tried and been pleased with two AT&T MVNO's... Consumer Cellular and Red Pocket... Consumer Cellular has a full featured set of options, has been top rated for customer support for several years and offers both AT&T and T-Mobile service. Red Pocket has issues with MMS texts from iPhones to and from Android phones and does not have 24/7 customer service but they have rock bottom pricing and reliable connectivity. Red Pocket has plans on all four major networks. I am a minimal user. I settled on Red Pocket for now at least for price.
