Probably not the definitive answer:
At least these file managers can select all of your photos (once you've granted access):
Documents (by Readdle)
File Browser (by Stratospherix)
iFiles (by Imagam)
I daily use all three if them.
However, I'm not sure about the target side of the intended operation.
I (somewhere) have the microUSB-card reader for Lightning that Lexar used to offer. Cost some EUR/USD 35. The App Store has at least one app by Lexar that can access the card on that card reader.
I could use the Share menu (upper band) to pass my selection from the file manager to the Lexar app.
That would have me end up with all(?) of my photos on that microSD-card. At least Lexar used to bundle a microSD-card reader for USB-A with their cards.
Another option would be: to upload all of your photos to the cloud (iCloud, Dropbox, whatever; all at once or in batches), then use a desktop computer to download the photos to a USB-stick or whatever.
Probably also: connect both your iPhone and the stick to your desktop computer. (I hardly use my desktop devices anymore.)
