Otto is right. Windows would be little different from the Mac. You obviously need to put them onto an intermediate PC or Mac first. If using itunes in Windows to sync photos, they will be on the computer already. If not, you should be able to explore the iphone once connected via "This PC". If the photos are on the phone's Camera Roll, the second of those options is needed. Copy them to the computer then onto the stick
