Did you go to Settings>iCloud, click Sign Out and then sign in again with the new address and password?

I can log into iCloud.com with the new address and password. Find My Friends works for my wife to find me, but not me to find her. Find My iPhone works for through iCloud.com with the new address.

iPhone 6 (Verizon) w/ iOS 9.2.1
iPad Mini 4 (WiFi) w/ iOS 9.2.1
iTunes 12.3.2.35 on Windows 8.1
It shouldn't be relevant but my devices are
iPhone 6 (AT&T) w/ iOS 9.2.1
iTunes 12.3.2.35 on Windows 7 Pro
I'm running out of ideas. Yours are appreciated.
