Re: [apple-iphone] Apple pushes yet another version of iOS 9.3 to fix activation bug - CNET

They just fixed a glitch that kept 9.3 from installing properly on some devices. The iOS features did not change.

I have a 5c, and 9.3 worked fine when I got it last week or so. However, this morning I was told that there was an update. Debating whether or not to leave well-enough alone, I did install it. So what did I install? 9.3. Assuming that this is a new update, and my iTunes and iPhone were not just playing a game of gin rummy with each other, what did I get? Wouldn't it have made more sense to give it a new number, like 9.3.1?
