A program called "Anytrans". It costs, but you can do anything you need to do with an iPhone. Complete two way transfers, complete transfers from an old phone to a new phone - back to iTunes - copy your library from phone to iPad, etc. Eliminates all the "no no no - that's being a music / video pirate" headaches.
