It is probably your cheek and not your chin, when you are on the phone call the phone dialogue screen is active and it is easy to activate the speaker phone. One way to address it is to press home button or lock screen prior to putting call to your ear. The speaker phone icon is the 3rd button to the right on the first row after you make a call.
