And that Alice, that applies depending on which app she is using. 3MCloudLibrary.app and possibly the app she is using "audiobooks.com.app" can both stream or download the books. I had not heard of the second one until reading another of Ellen's posts.
We need to find out for sure what app she is using and if the book is actually downloaded or just a place-marker for the streaming.
