iPad mini has failed to back up. failure caused when iOS 9.1 was installed. message backup could not be completed Spent 4 hours on phone with Apple Care Tech. Over a week now and they are still working on problem. Any suggestions? Thanks Lynda C. Welchel Sent from iPad Mini
