Thank you. I keep forgetting about that switch; I've accidentally turned it on before. Hopefully this time I can remember. Not really sure how it gets switched.

I have turned phone completely off and back on. Have not tried factory reset yet as don't really want to reset all my alarms but maybe that's next.

Is there something obvious I'm overlooking?
