Sprint and Verizon are CDMA carriers, their ESN are tied to the individual
carrires they are branded to.
TMO and ATT are GSM carriers. (Im using broad terms as other technology
applies but this will give you the gist of it.)
ATT can be unlokced to work with TMO. If TMO has enabled the re-farmed
1900mhz hspa spectrum in your area. Otherwise TMO voice will work and EDGE
data only works.
NO - ATT iPhone will NOT work on Sprint or Verizon.
How is the coverage for T-Mobile in your area?
I left Sprint after 11 years of service and went with TMO in January and
have the same coverage, better data speeds by 3x to 4x, and save 30 bucks a
month..
