Not to speak for anyone but I don't get it either. My interpretation is that AT&T is trying to say that even though we have unlimited, they still put a limit on it. I've always said unlimited means no limits.

What part is unclear to you?
That your plan is "Unlimited"?
Or that you have used 3GB?
