I have an iPhone 5 and my wife has a much older Nokia non smart phone.
We have had a weird occurrence twice in the last couple of weeks.
We were in a mall and then in a food store and each time she called me and we connected fine except she couldn't hear me but I could hear her.
When we were outside we tested and she could hear me fine.
