Plug it in to the computer and sync it. Then unplug it and it try WiFi syncing it.
This happened to me after the last update and USB sync fixed it. I suspect it needs to re-learn the connection.
I also learned to NOT eject the phone when connected via USB which seems counter-intuitive. If you do eject it iTunes can't find it over WiFi.
