Turn it off on phone and turn it back on and make sure all addresses are
registered on both devices - sounds like someone is messaging you to your
email on your iPad and that email isn't registered on your phone. I think
Apple has fixed this by just associating all email addresses and phone
numbers with your single apple id but you have to turn iMessage off then
back on on each device for it to kick in...
