I will be very, very thankful this Thanksgiving if someone can help me out.
This morning, as I was enjoying the Macy's Parade, I plugged my iPhone 5 into my computer. I had not yet done the update to iOs 6.?? (the latest one), so when the prompt asked me, I said yes to "Update and Install." I left my phone for awhile... came back 45 minutes later or so, and found that my computer had "locked up." I had to reboot the system...
In doing that, when I went back to iTunes, I got a message saying the my iPhone needed to be restored. Since the process was stopped, I had to go back to square one... and I think I have lost about a month's worth of pictures and video (since my last update).
Is there ANY possible chance of getting the pictures/video back? Yesterday I taped my 80-year-old grandmother making her homemade noodles for Thanksgiving... that's something I desperately want to get back. Also there are many, many pictures of my two new puppies as well.
I'm hoping there is something magic out there, but I doubt it. I was not backing up to the Cloud (I understood I have to pay for it???) so I have been plugging into my computer weekly... but have been on the road for work the last month, and haven't had the time to allow the sync to take place.
Cookies and milk for the person who can make this happen!!
Thanks!
Jim
