If you're a Mac user then sync google contacts to address book. Also add
Icloud to address book. Once google contacts sync with address book then
can copy by click and drag all contacts to Icloud. You shall get all on
phone.
You can get all your google contacts on iPhone directly, but they would not
sync all fields. I donor use this option. You can add and see if you're
fine.
Export all contacts from google contacts from Web as address book format.
Mail this file to yourself. Open it on the phone and all all would be
added. This you shall have to do it regularly.
I prefer and follow first method.
