I don't think you will find many people who have bought multiple "maps included" GPS routing Apps so they could compare them. You could probably find a comparison at MacWorld.com

I bought TomTom USA and Canada for, I think, $60 over 2 years ago and immediately retired my stand-alone Garmin to my wife's car.

My other favorite products are the MotionX GPS series of products.
