Go to the Location Services and try turning off those that are on, one at a time, to see which app is the one causing this. Then decide if this app is important enough to leave location on at all times.

Also, look at the color of the location symbol at the top of the screen. If it is purple, then it is active and drawing current via the GPS receiver. If it is gray, then it is not causing any harm, from a battery life point of view.
