[apple-iphone] Location services on all the time.

 

My location services icon at the top of the screen is on all the time unless I turn location sevices off in settings.

I have an iPhone 4s, iOS 5.1.1.

I Have emptied the quick access tray.

I have re booted the phone.

Is there anyting else?
Is there a know issue at this time?
