[apple-iphone] apps not updating

 

I have an iPhone 4s. I am trying to update my apps the way I always do and it just hangs at 'installing' I exited the app, I turned the power on and off. I also connected it to iTunes to see if that would help. It's really bizarre! anyone else ever have this issue?
