If there have been no settings changed on your wife's phone, probably the best thing to do is a hard re-boot. These are little computers that just happen to make phone calls, so they need to be re-booted from time to time. To re-boot the 8, momentarily press the up volume button, then the down volume button, then press and hold the power switch on the right side of the phone until the apple logo appears. You will see a screen prompting you to power down, but keep holding the button until the logo appears, do not power down. This will take 15 or 20 seconds. If this doesn't help your connection issues, then you may need to manually forget the network and sign up to it again.

My wife has an iPhone 8 and all of a sudden she can't connect to the Internet over our WiFi. I know our WiFi works because my iPhone and Mac laptop connect just fine. I've done a little research but can't find an answer. It does connect if I turn WiFi off and use the LTE phone connection. Any help or comments would be appreciated. Dutch Junge
