Give us an example of the apps you use that you think aren't upgraded with the new OS.
Please. Let us see if we can help you.

I bet that you haven't taken the time to write to the developers of the apps that you have paid for to see if they had updated the apps or have any plans to update the apps. I had 11 apps when I was using IOS 10.x. All but 2 game apps were updated. Those 9 apps that were updated, the developer added new features & even improved on accessibility, & the app descriptions don't even mention that the apps are voiceover accessible. So I suggest writing the developers or just suck it up buttercup, when it comes to improvements & features that you may be missing out on using.🙄🙄🙄

I'm still on 10 and will not upgrade because of certain apps I love and paid for that I will not give up. Frankly none of my friends and family have upgraded to 11, (One being a senior at brown university in computer science!) and before I upgrade I will let this phone be an iPod that I can still access my apps with Wi-Fi before I give them up to upgrade to a ridiculous new system.
I paid $1000 for this 6X phone, I am not going to give up my beloved apps.. Nor will I ever buy another phone like this, my next phone will be cheap flip phone!
1. There hasn't been a "6X" iPhone, ever.
2. The 6 Plus And the 6s Plus could be gotten all the way up ro $949, if you chose 128 GB of storage, but not $1000.
3. 6 1/2 weeks ago, 76% of users had adopted iOS 11 and almost all were not having significant complaints about it.. 19% were running iOS10, and 5% were running something older.
4. If you tell us what apps you can't run on iOS 11, perhaps someone can help. If all you are interested in is venting your spleen, we cannot help.
5. I presume you DO know that the cheap flip phone you propose to replace your "6X" with won't run your apps, either.
6. "Ridiculous" is in the eye of the beholder.
