I haven't encountered your problem, but did find this in an iPhone discussion group and thought it worth a try:
Please try the following:-
Resetting your network settings:
Tap Settings >>> Tap General >>> Tap Reset >>> Tap Reset Network Settings >>> Enter passcode >>> Tap Reset Network Settings again.
You may need to re-set up your WiFi connection after this.
Please also re-setup the call forwarding.
Tap Settings >>> Tap Phone >>> Turn call forwarding ON and enter the destination number.PatOn Jun 27, 2018, at 11:07 AM, bim.bousman@gmail.com [apple-iphone] <apple-iphone@yahoogroups.com> wrote:My iPhone SE (on the current version of iOS 11) lost the ability to do call forwarding a few months ago when I call forwarded to phones to each other. I mis-diagnosed the source of the error at that time and forgot about it.
Yesterday I re-diagnosed and found out that the problem is inside my iPhone SE. I suspect that either the firmware turned something off inside or something burned out when the two phones tried to forward to each other.
I have tried everything I know how to do including restoring the phone.
Has any group member ever gone through this and fixed it? Maybe there is a magic command that resets the call forwarding firmware...
I thought that I would ask before going to the Genius Bar and asking for help.
