My iPhone SE (on the current version of iOS 11) lost the ability to do call forwarding a few months ago when I call forwarded to phones to each other. I mis-diagnosed the source of the error at that time and forgot about it.
Yesterday I re-diagnosed and found out that the problem is inside my iPhone SE. I suspect that either the firmware turned something off inside or something burned out when the two phones tried to forward to each other.
I have tried everything I know how to do including restoring the phone.
Has any group member ever gone through this and fixed it? Maybe there is a magic command that resets the call forwarding firmware...
I thought that I would ask before going to the Genius Bar and asking for help.
