Thank you to all who have responded to my post, and apologies for my own delay in picking it up again.
The app in question is one no longer available - Secure Notes. Developer unknown to me and access to the app not possible. I also no longer use any encrypted app for privacy as word processing apps generally give encryption when you really need it. But there is a very old item in Secure Notes that I would like if I could get at it! Not a disaster if I cannot but any advice is appreciated
