Strange that they would remove it. My 3GS, running 5.1.1, has Settings >
General > Network >
Enable 3G
Mobile Data
as separate options. Strangely enough, it lets me enable 3G with Mobile
Data OFF: I think Enable 3G should be indented under Mobile Data and be
greyed out if Mobile Data is OFF.
