Running iOS 9.3.5: I've set a specific custom reminder on my iPhone. The reminder itself works fine, but the notification that comes with it is very inconsistent. Sometimes it shows up on my lock screen and sometimes it doesn't. Most annoyingly, if I've gone several times without acknowledging the reminder, the notification pops up when I am receiving a call. In fact ALL of the missed reminders show up then and I can't answer the call until I've tapped "ignore" or "mark as completed". Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?
