I was going to take my iPhone 5S to Apple for a new battery but when I saw Consumer Cellular's current price for the SE I decided to sell my 5S and get a new one.
If I had decided to replace the battery, I would've gone to Apple or to a Apple Authorized shop to get it.
Yes, there are good shops with lower prices but unless I know and trust one I will not go there.
