Battery age is probably the issue, but do you have WiFi, BT or GPS on?

I am having a problem with my 4S battery.  Overnight it drops from 100% to 52%.  Here are my settings:

Cellular data=off

Notifications = messages & phone & no amber or emergency alerts.

General – background refresh= off

Is there anything I missed or need to change?  Does my battery need to be replaced?
