RE: [apple-iphone] Battery life

Hey Ron, go to your local Fry's store and buy the IFIXIT kit for the 4S. It's $20, includes a battery and the tools to replace it yourself.

I just did two or our old 4s's and it took me about 20 min for the first one and 10 for the second.

The Ifixit.com site has videos for the fix and it's pretty easy.

Battery life has improved immensely.

Chris

Subject: [apple-iphone] Battery life

I am having a problem with my 4S battery.  Overnight it drops from 100% to 52%.  Here are my settings:

Cellular data=off

Notifications = messages & phone & no amber or emergency alerts.

General – background refresh= off

Is there anything I missed or need to change?  Does my battery need to be replaced?

Thanks,
