The hype for the watch is feverish. There are complaints on MR website that the only news is watch news. Half of that is delivery news articles! It all seems a bit over the top, way more than any iPhone, IMO, but I am keen to see how it pans out in real world user experiences, though

Subject: [apple-iphone] Apple Watch at Apple Store
I went to the Apple Store today to pick up an additional watch charging cable... Soon after walking in, one of the employees spotted the Apple Watch on my wife's wrist. They said it was the first one they had seen on a customer. Soon most of the employess were gathered around asking questions. The store manager came over and asked her name and then climbed one of the tables and announced the first customer owned Watch they had seen was in the store. Everyone in the store cheered. Doesn't take much to make an Apple fan happy.
