Apple started charging credit cards for AppleWatch on Monday afternoon, and advancing the status of those orders.
If you purchased one, you should have an email from Apple with a line at the top like this:
Order Number: Wnnnnnnnnn | Ordered on Apr 10, 2015
The order number is a direct link to the status page; as you can see, mine has moved from "We've received your order" to "Processing items", but my card has not yet been charged:
