[apple-iphone] Emoji Additions in iOS 8.3?

I see a lot of new additions to the Emoji library in iOS 8.3 on both my iPhone 5s and iPad 4, including some new ones depicting various size families. However, I don't see any of the ones I've seen in articles about 8.3 that depict a number of people/faces and thumbs up of various new skin tones. Am I just missing something, or where do I look? Settings tell me I'm in 8.3 (12F69) on iPad and 8.3 (12F70) on iPhone.
