My old iPhones find new life - I use a couple for audio test equipment, there are good free audio oscillator applications, good free oscilloscope application, even a free spectrum analyzer application.
I have two old iPhones hooked to a home brew mixer. Each has my collection of thousands of songs, so I can DJ parties with them. No lame stupid record scratching allowed! I do oldies, Christian CCM prior to the praise and worship blight. Of course I have all the modern stuff on there too. I even hook up an FM modulator so I can wander the crowd while doing the DJ'ing. I just put a sensitive FM receiver next to the speakers so everything is completely wireless. I bought several of those FM modulators before the FCC cracked down. Modified them with a better antenna.
