I use CompanionLink to sync my calendar events between our three devices, google calendar and our PC's.

I have an iMac, iPad Air and iPhone 5S. I have been using the Google Calendar for years and really like it. If I schedule an event on my iMac or my iPad, it automatically syncs on the Google calendar on all three devices. But if I add the event while using the iPhone, it does not sync to the other devices. Since the iPhone is what I carry with me day to day, I am more likely to schedule events on it that on the others.
How can I get the Google Calendar on the iPhone to sync to the other devices? Is there something I am missing in settings.
I have always really liked the Google Calendar and really do not want to switch to another.
