That appears to be the problem, Cathy. I can (with the car shut down) start a route in Maps and it will read the initial set of instructions to me, but once I turn the ignition on there's no more speech.
Having Bluetooth 'off' eliminates the hands-free phone function, of course, and that's primary for me. I would really like a design in which Maps could be set to use the phone speaker only, with Bluetooth 'on' for phone use. If the two functions conflict, perhaps a priority setup could shut off the Maps voice instructions while a call via Bluetooth is in progress.
In short, if Maps instructions can't be provided while I'm set up for hands-free phone use, that's a non-starter for me.

Did you check out automatic photo albums in Yahoo Groups?
When you send mail to your Yahoo Group with photos attached, a photo album with attached photos is automatically created. When your group members reply to the email with photo attachments, those photos are added to the 'photomatic' albums automatically!
