My brother's 3Gs iPhone had sometimes shut down due to low battery, but when he plug in to the ac outlet it was crushed down. When I checked it, the enviromemt seems that it needs to be reprogram! I followed the basic instruction until it says, "connect to iTunes" when checking the device to itunes, it was undetected! I have no idea what would be the next steps? One thing more, the battery kept on charging...
Anybody could figured it out to bring back the fone into its working state?
