Do the cases in the US have a lip? So that if the phone is on its back, or front, the back and front donl' touch the surface?
 
I am in NZ, the 5 comes out this Friday, but there will be a poor selection of cases, so I will need to buy online. I currently use a Griffin case which I like. It has rubber sides which offers great protection, it is lipped, and had a solid underside. Looking for similar, with a clear reverse.
 
Any suggestions on websites?

I agree and suggest you try the Rocketfish clear gel case. You can buy it at
Best Buy. It shows the beautiful iPhone 5 through it!!!
