[apple-iphone] Problem with iPhone 4s reception

 

Hi, all! Here's a weird problem, and my husband says it's the fault of my Verizon iPhone 4s. He has a Droid, also on Verizon.

He has no problem with getting enough bars in several places throughout the house for good reception. I, on the other hand, am frustrated beyond belief -- I cannot make or receive calls without problems with hearing or dropping! And I haven't been on my contract for that long, and I dread putting up with this for almost two years more!

My previous (and ancient) iPhone on AT&T had bad reception here as well, but we put in some kind of a cable/antenna thingie and it was AMAZING! My ATT&T now gave me 4 and 5 bars! No more issues. It was heaven!

Then when I got the new iPhone, back to frustration. Is there something I could do/buy to get good reception again? If my husband's Droid gets good reception here through Verizon, how come my iPhone 4s doesn't?

Is he right? Is it the phone's fault?
