What strikes me is that the iPhone has a pro camera, fab screens, folks load it with tons of apps to fill their needs of the day, it is your calendar, reminder, music player, password keeper, credit card keeper along with a ton of other features like texting and FaceTime like the Jetsons...basically a small computer that fits in your pocket. Oh, and you can make calls on it!
My MacBook Pro doesn't do some of the things this portable computer does with ease.

Smartphones have become a necessity, and the need will only intensify.
I dislike the cheap, greedy thing that Apple's become, but that's life.
Every three years seems reasonable. Once you can no longer upgrade your operating system, it's time to pay the Mafia.
