Re: [apple-iphone] Photos imported not deleted

I import photos into iPhoto in the MacBook and then manually delete them on the iPhone as the automatic delete option is gone (don't know what wisdom prevailed).

I don't like the ap PHOTOS so I'm still using iPhoto though I received a message that it would no longer work with the new 64 bit upgrade to the Mac OS.  So I've barred automatic upgrades on my Mac.

You are importing FROM the device TO the Mac?
Backing up, basically.

And you then want to delete some or all of the images FROM the Mac.

How are you importing them?
Into what directory?
