Hi, I've never had the issue with opting for phones like you do but I would definitely go for two phones to keep your personal information personal. That way you can continue to put whatever personal reminders you want to on your personal calendar that are none of the company's business - doctors appointments, etc. You can continue to let your personal calendar be as helpful and as complete as possible. I have all sorts of reminders on my calendar. I'm not sure but if you give your secretary access to your calendar isn't there a possibility that she could screw it up inadvertently and delete important repeating items? Why take the chance? Just my two cents from a 75-year-old retiree. Hope this helps. Joyce Keay
