Apple needs to go back to being Apple. They did horrible with the YouTube app and with the Maps app. Apple did wrong by not having at least a bumper case for the iPhone 5 on launch day. Apple did wrong by not having 8-pin cords and adapters ready for sale on launch day. We know now that Tim Cook is no Steve Jobs. Lets face it, Apple has been in the tech business a VERY long time. They've done enough Keynotes to know what to expect and what they have to do to please their loyal customers. This, to me was a screw up that should have never happened. There is no excuse for this. Tim Cook should know this. Let's hope future launches go better.
