I tried a pano and it worked fine. Set your iPhone to panoramic, tap the button when you are ready to take the picture, pan the area with your iPhone until you have panned the whole area you want in the picture. Then tap the button again and you should have the pano picture in a couple of seconds. It's that quick. If it doesn't work for you, then there's a problem.
