I agree
-Taller screen gives better viewing options, more icons per page
-2X faster than 4S, thats impressive. 4S is dual core CPU and GPU at 800Mhz. 5 is dual core CPU, tri core GPU at 1Ghz, but the key is its a custom core.
-Slightly longer battery life
- Lighter
-Most of the internals are upgraded
I'd like a 4.6 screen, but to me, the 5 may be a good reason not to get a 6. It has it all.

Seriously the iPhone 5 is significantly better than a 4S. This is why it is selling out faster than Apple even expected.

If one has the iPhone 4s, the upgrade to iPhone 5 really isn't that significant but to the iPhone 5s it would be but not for those who have the iPhone 5. That is, unless Apple does something really different and cool. I haven't upgraded to any of the s iPhone models yet. I wait until my contract runs out to upgrade. I wanted to switch to a Sprint family plan this time but Rob's contract didn't run out until Oct. 1 of this year. Also Sprint doesn't have LTE in my area yet. So, we upgraded to the iPhone 5 staying on the AT&T plan we have had since 2008. Hopefully in 2 yrs Sprint will have LTE and we can switch.

I don't think there's anything else that's different enough to warrant upgrading to the iPhone 5 if you don't have to or want to. I still had my iPhone 4 and decided that it was time to upgrade to the 5. The upgrade in camera is well worth it for me since I carry my iPhone everywhere and don't usually have my camera with me unless I know I'm going to be taking lots of pictures. Siri works well in my area so far. I like that it will set an alarm for me instead of me having to go a couple levels down in the settings to set an alarm. I haven't used it yet to answer email or text or open apps. Those things I can do with a press of a button.

It's not that I would not love to have the new one but I just got the 4S a year ago and I am still thrilled with it. My contract is not up, so the cost is prohibitive. The 4s does everything I want and more, and while I envy you fivers, I guess I will just listen and wait. I also have not upgraded to ios6, simply because I live in a poor internet area and the download keeps failing. I'll do that later too.
