There is only a couple things I noticed that's different between the iPhone 4s and iPhone 5. That being a slightly taller screen and the sapphire lens. I don't think there's anything else that's different enough to warrant upgrading to the iPhone 5 if you don't have to or want to. I still had my iPhone 4 and decided that it was time to upgrade to the 5. The upgrade in camera is well worth it for me since I carry my iPhone everywhere and don't usually have my camera with me unless I know I'm going to be taking lots of pictures. Siri works well in my area so far. I like that it will set an alarm for me instead of me having to go a couple levels down in the settings to set an alarm. I haven't used it yet to answer email or text or open apps. Those things I can do with a press of a button.
